I am writing some common difficulties for IT leadership and entrepreneur at beginner level.
When you are in start of any business and you are not from business bacground you will find decision making a big problem . No matter how confident you are but if you are not having enough business background and financial background , you will find difficult to take right decision at right time.
Yes, and this situation is unavoidable in early phase of business but soon after you will realize decisoin making is very important part of business and you will adhered to it. But keep having faith on your self.
I had faced and I am facing decision making problem but I never expect myself as a perfectionist to I always open door for making mistakes. And that helped me a lot to learn.
If you are having such difficulties then do not worry about it much.. just keep going . and you will land in a better place..
