Here i want to tell you few of required attribute of prolific leader
Person must have a great listening ability.
Good leader does not listen from eyes only but they are used to trace physical mental signal passed by team members.

so for being good leader listening skill is as important as speaking.

I am just recently appointed to handle more people now i am more conscious about my listening ability.
